Quick and fun facts
Much like the organizations I work with, or the communities we serve, I am more than just the work I do
Yukon Based
I’ve lived here for over a decade, and I’m deeply connected to the people and spirit of this unique community. Living here has given me a firsthand appreciation for the resilience, creativity, and warmth that define the North.
Festival Founder
One of my greatest achievements is being the founder of the Yukon Comedy Festival, a project close to my heart that brings laughter and world-class comedy talent to the North. Launching and organizing the festival taught me a lot about event planning, community engagement, and the power of shared experiences.
Award winning podcaster
As a podcaster for almost a decade, I have been honoured to have won four Canadian Podcast Awards for my work across various categories. Podcasting has given me a unique platform to share stories, engage with audiences in a meaningful way, and hone my skills in storytelling and communication—skills that I bring into my work.
Rockstar Past
Before diving into the world of computers and consulting, I spent a decade as a musician, traveling across Canada, recording albums, making music videos, and performing for thousands of people. Those years on the road taught me resilience, adaptability, and the art of connecting with an audience—whether it was a packed venue or an intimate local show.
Chef Life
My very first career was as a chef, a journey that spanned 11 years in kitchens where I learned the values of hard work, creativity, and precision. Working in the culinary world taught me to thrive under pressure, think on my feet, and balance artistry with practicality—skills that have been invaluable in every role I’ve taken on since.
